Wooden water towers reflected, of which there are approximately 10,000 currently seen across Manhattan's skyline. These are the most inexpensive water towers to build and need replacing every 35 years. The building in glass really is green!
PHOTOS, SOUND-BITES WITH INFORMED BACK-UP. SCROLL DOWN FOR MY PROFILE...I don't make a photograph just with a camera. I bring to the act of photography all the pictures I have seen, all the books I have read, all the music I have heard, and all the people I have known.

I love this reflection it comes together like a puzzle or a painting. I also enjoy seeing the water towers in Manhattan but I didn't know there were so many.
ReplyDeleteThe colourings in these reflections is gorgeous - well captured!

Each pane creates a complete picture. My favourite would be the second one from the left at the top. You seem to be surrounded by delightful images.
ReplyDeleteWhat gorgeous colours in this reflection. It is most unusual!
ReplyDeleteI love glass panel reflections -- often shoot them myself.
ReplyDeleteI've never been a fan of reflective glass. I like the way you use the building facade to reflect structures with character instead -- makes a nice collage Margaret.
ReplyDeleteThanks for your comments on my Emerald Lake Reflections. I'm trying to incorporate John Daido Loori's (and his teacher Minor White) advice to go out to photograph without expectations, to allow subjects to find me.
