Looking towards Bethpage State Golf Course known as 'Bethpage Black' at the 2002 U.S Open, Long Island, NY. This shot was taken Monday following, first, a trip to the beach as seen in header!

Those are interesting clouds sinking to the west.
ReplyDeleteA magic moment!
ReplyDeleteSounds corny but it really is!
Am back from wet England.
So this is what Tiger would have seen when he was at the top of the game. I just do not know what is going on with these men! We have watched golf from the courses of Bethpage for years. During the season I live to watch golf. Now, I have little Irishman McElroy to follow. Got my fingers crossed he is going to go far. This is one gorgeous shot. I would have been so mesmerized by its beauty I probably would have messed it up. You got the perfect capture. Awesome!

The sun disappearing has created a nice colourful effect.
ReplyDeleteThe lighting is fantastic in this beautiful shot.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful shot and the lighting is just fantastic!
ReplyDeleteHave a great weekend!
The colorful sky looks like feathers. Amazing sight!

It's like someone made some brush strokes in the sky! Stunning colors too.
ReplyDeleteThere are two sets of synchronicity in your header and lower photo. I love the way the boys' heads are at exactly the same angle, and I love the way both sets of clouds are obviously swept by the same wind.
ReplyDeletethis is exquisite Margaret. and I'm loving the boogie board boys too. something turned their heads; it's a great shot. but that sunset silhouette is fantastic.
ReplyDeleteThe gold in the sky is spectacular!
