WEEKEND IN BLACK AND WHITE: CATCHING THE ELUSIVE HARVEST MOON...

This later sighting of the Harvest Moon over NYC (on Saturday, September 29) was disappointing as fast moving cloud conspired to spoil the view.  Sunday's earlier showing was a perfect orange color until about 8 pm.  Shot from the roof top vantage point of a 12 storey building, next door (to the right) to the much protested '23 storey' NYU Dorm building!  (Deemed too tall for our neighborhood).

  1. Not much moon, but those clouds are great. I feel I could touch them!

Thanks for your lovely comment on mine.

  2. But what an interesting black and white picture it made.
