Mailed in March 2011 in a 2"x30" tube...to NEW SOUTH WALES, Australia
When sending small packages abroad, it would seem that the USPS can no longer track mail, and that it is up to the Australian PS to track incoming mail, or to return it to the sender if misaddressed. So far, I have had no news on the whereabouts of this package!
I trust the recipient of this lovely piece of work receives it. It would be a shame if it was lost. That is a chance we take with the overseas mail today.
ReplyDeleteI hope it arrives safely at its destination. It would be so sad - and frustrating - for it to be lost forever. Four months is a long time.
ReplyDeleteMy experience with posting parcels to Australia from Canada is that it takes weeks and weeks. Unless you've sent it express - and, of course, paid the big price. Don't give up...it will arrive.
