How lovely in monochrome. The subdued tones really emphasize the sea of blossoms on the tree.

My photography is available for purchase - visit Around the Island Photography and bring home something beautiful today!
A lovely homage to Spring. And I love the way the topmost blossoms are strivig to reach the sunshine.
ReplyDeleteI've posted on this beautiful tree today, too. This is the true start of spring for me.
ReplyDeleteHow very, very pretty! Spring is so very welcome.
ReplyDeleteHow beautiful! My magnolia tree won't bloom for another couple of weeks here in Ohio.
ReplyDeleteLovely shot. I would usually say I like flowers in color, but this is very nice in B&W. Mickie :)
ReplyDeletebeautiful blossoms...I am looking forward to their arrival here!
ReplyDeleteWonderful rich texture in black and white. My SSS is B&W as well, but are from an old film project from the 1970's.
ReplyDeleteThe magnolias look fantastic. We're weeks behind here in Wisconsin weatherwise. I'm jealous!
Peace
A wonderful mass of soft beauty in monochrome!
ReplyDeleteA gorgeous capture in black and white. This shot exhibits the essence of spring in all of its glory. Beautiful photography.
ReplyDeletebeautiful shot. i am so glad spring is finally arriving here.
ReplyDeletegreat shots
ReplyDeleteI'm feeling a little magnolia envy here. I have a star magnolia which hasn't produced flowers yet, though I've had it three years or more. Seems like a late frost always ruins the buds. Lovely photo.
