WEEKEND REFLECTIONS - TRAVELS WITH MY NIECE...

We visited family in Faversham, Kent, stopping at a pub for dinner, eating outside in the garden.  The weather was perfect.

At The ALBION on Faversham Creek

Left - Bernice's brother Paul and family, McKinley and baby Jasper, behind him is Jean and my brother Ronald at the head of the table.  I am staying with Jean and Ronald who still live in my grandmother's house in Westbrook, Margate, Kent.

  2. You're in my old stamping ground:-) Have a dig in the sand near Margate pier and see if you can find the bangle I buried and lost there when I was about six!

  3. Malcolm has just had a nostalgic look over my shoulder at a sun-drenched Kent. I'd be there too if I could be rendered unconscious for the flight!

  5. A very enjoyable day, I guess, with this merry reunion... Nice catch on the reflection, Margaret : I like how the branch of the tree fall on the bright scene of the water...
