WEEKEND REFLECTIONS: ASTORE PLACE, NYC, BECOMING EVERMORE TRANSPARENT...

This overlap is deliberate......a wish for more transparency in other spheres of life!

This location is at the Cooper Union, Astor Place end of 4th Avenue, the other end of which is 14th Street and Union Square.

  1. I do rather enjoy all the reflections in the new buildings!
    Super photo!
We are due to have another cup of tea, I think!

  2. Cool shot! I like the added punch that comes from the tree branches.

You mentioned that my reflection was subtle. I'm curious if you realized that the buildings are the reflection? Actually the photo is pretty much all reflection.

    Have a great weekend!:-)

  3. Fantastic! It really has an effect on me and looks as if the building is cracking in two.

  4. Interesting presentation for that picture, with the oversizing... It actually gives kind of a vertigo just by watching at it.

  6. Love the look of glass walled buildings. Their reflections are often wonderfully distorted, Great shot.
