WORDLESS WEDNESDAY - LEFT SPEECHLESS!

SHE SIGNALED A CAB
 SHE WALKED UP TO IT
TWO OTHER PEOPLE LEAPT
 INTO IT FIRST
CABBIE ASKS:  "ARE YOU NOT WITH THEM?"
(THE TWO PEOPLE,  SIT, TRIUMPHANTLY SATISFIED)
SHE COULD HAVE ARGUED HER RIGHT!
SHE MISSED HER APPOINTMENT
THAT CAN BE NEW YORK FOR YOU!

  1. Margaret, I love the visual challenge you present here! Fabulous shot with interesting angle -- think I need to clean and wax my car, too!

  2. New York must have the shiniest cars in the world and you're gradually 'capturing' them all!
But this didn't seem 'wordless' to me! Your words painted a frustrating picture. Do you use cabs often? Have you stopped driving?

  4. So then you prostrated yourself across the bonnet of the car to make your point?
It would have been nice, though improbable, if the cab driver had told the smug couple to get out . . .
