Since my windows look to the East, I can only see the sunset in the windows facing West.

I like that first shot, with the buildings against the sunset!
ReplyDeleteI like the building shots with the beautiful sky in the background.

Great colours in the sky.

You get to enjoy the sunset second hand, on the opposite buildings windows. Very special.
ReplyDeleteI have a similar problem..... facing east. But I have nothing reflective facing west either. So I envy you your possibilities. Great shots.
ReplyDeleteWell, I guess you get to enjoy the sunrise first hand, so not so bad. It's the way it is in the city and those reflected sunsets are special too!
ReplyDeleteThe sunset seems to turn the bricks red in that last photo, it makes perfect frames for the amazing colors reflected on the windows.
ReplyDeleteGood thing those windows are there for you to enjoy the sunset!
ReplyDeleteI prefer these windows with the brickwork rather than all glass buildings. The bricks change colour as the light hits them as well as the windows looking like they are on fire.
word verification is boohoo - I don't think so!
Look westward, my child—
ReplyDeletethe windows hung with sunset
will soon blink, nod, sleep.

Effective sunset shots without showing the sun! Great reflection photos, too. Have a good weekend, now.
ReplyDeleteRemarkable shots! Which would you prefer - sunrise, with the promise of the day to come, or sunset, the dying of the day? I'm greedy and like to see both :-)
ReplyDeleteI love that final honed down cropped shot of the fire of the sunset reflected in the apt windows - wonderful!!
ReplyDeleteSuch beautiful reflections.
ReplyDeleteGreat captures Margaret!
Happy weekend.
Such glowing reflections in all those windows! Very lovely!
ReplyDeleteThe light on the first shot is just gorgeous! Great composition too.
