Beautiful in thought and image!
ReplyDelete(Carletta's Captures)
I was waiting for it! Is tha the work of only one spider?
ReplyDeleteThat is quite the web and such a great capture of it.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful! At this time of year the webs are everywhere and they look stunning with the heavy dew on them. The sun shines and the droplets sparkle like jewels.
ReplyDeleteHi, I came back to reply to your comment about hedgehogs, and found this beautiful shot. A very poetic realisation of the metaphor.
ReplyDeleteOn hedgehogs - I'd love to have one in the garden, but they don't seem to be among our city wildlife in this corner of Edinburgh. Plenty further north, tho. The dog we had when I was a child was trained as a gundog, and used to fetch anything he could when we were out for a walk. That included hedgehogs! He never seemed to remember that he would end up with a mouth full of prickles. The hedgehogs were unharmed.
A very cool capture...amazing how nature creates such beautiful art!
ReplyDeleteSo many webs, better be careful to not get caught. :0)
