what a stunning bloom...I love these!
ReplyDeletepaper thin petals. great macro.
ReplyDeleteLovely flower Margaret. My wife has a red one in the yard. She told me today that it's blooming. I better get out there tomorrow and shoot some pics.
ReplyDeleteBut so beautiful while they're here. :)
ReplyDeleteLovely shot!
(Carletta's Captures)
Lovely flower. Glad you caught its fleeting bloom.
ReplyDeleteLovely details of the hibiscus petals.
ReplyDeleteHibiscus are wonderful but unfortunately not lasting. Just lucky if one happens to be at home when they bloom. However we have them only in pots inside as they would not survive outside. Very nice closeup

Beautiful! The petals look like seersucker. A shrub full must look quite stunning.
ReplyDeleteHibiscus are a perfect photo subject. So very beautiful. Great shot
ReplyDeleteThey are so short, my son and I were just talking about that yesterday. Bud, bloom, gone, poof. Lovely shot!
ReplyDeleteThat is a great macro shot. I like the detail on each petal and the color too. Happy Monday!
