After the thaw comes the puddles - deep, dirty and splashy - yuk! But, head down to the
wind, what a wondrous way to look at shapes so familiar to the eye!

PHOTOS, SOUND-BITES WITH INFORMED BACK-UP. SCROLL DOWN FOR MY PROFILE...I don't make a photograph just with a camera. I bring to the act of photography all the pictures I have seen, all the books I have read, all the music I have heard, and all the people I have known.
I like them all for different reasons....a) because the tree looks so stark b) because it's such an unusual angle c) because of the angle of the walking legs d) because of the bunchy character and the dirty paper and e) because of the splash of red. An interesting set.
ReplyDeleteSeeing the world through different eyes makes me realise anew the infinite variety in life. I like the way some of the people seem to be looking at you through the reflections.

Wow Margaret, you outdid yourself this week. Great series of head down in the puddles reflections. I like the abstract character.
ReplyDeleteMargaret, I agree with John, these are great shots. I love the the variety of the shots and that you included people. The reflection of the buildings in the first shot is perfectly framed and I really like the splash in the second. I think the middle one with the colorful shoes might be my favorite.
