The fronds and leaves look so rich and complex on the wall. A natural lace, perhaps. The shadows leave a nice depth to these branches, which are beautiful if a bit slight. A 3-D left by the artificial lighting!
ReplyDeleteLoving your header and love most the last photo. So lovely...
ReplyDeleteWishing you all the best of 2010.
A particularly lovely shadow this week. The photos are charming too, but I'm not sure I like them together. I'm a bit nit-picky this-morning!
ReplyDeleteHappy New Year.
ReplyDeleteA stunning picture or SSS.
I have been quite overwhelmed and discombobulated
but will get back in the swing of things soon.
Hope to see you before too very long!
Buster sends his best.

ReplyDeleteThese are intricate, intriguing shadows! Like the soft falling corner fold of a lacey tablecloth!
ReplyDeleteThis is fabulous! The first shot is my favorite with just a hint of fern and color.
ReplyDeleteI like your still life with two portraits. Very clever! Sorry for the confusion with Mr Linky earlier. I even managed to confuse myself ;)
ReplyDeleteThese are so very beautiful, Margaret.
ReplyDeletenatural art on the wall, stunning!!
ReplyDeleteVery artistic shadows those leaves make on the wall.
ReplyDeleteYour header is fantastic. Love orchids and glad this one came back to life for the new year!
Have a good one!
Dried ferns in glass vase,

ReplyDeleteHow wonderful that your orchids are blooming for you, they make great shadows and I like the ferns too!
ReplyDeleteLovely shadows on the wall - but my favoutite is the orchid - I currently have three which have new flower spikes - looking forward to them flowering!!
