I was intrigued by this shrub because of the emerging blue blossom - I have not come across a multicolor
hydrangea before.
PHOTOS, SOUND-BITES WITH INFORMED BACK-UP. SCROLL DOWN FOR MY PROFILE...I don't make a photograph just with a camera. I bring to the act of photography all the pictures I have seen, all the books I have read, all the music I have heard, and all the people I have known.
Gloriously beautiful with such fine detail on those leaves.
ReplyDeleteI too think the leaves are masterfully expressed. They have the texture of velvet with the light behind it. As for hydrangeas...... sorry! They're not my favourite flower. I'm trying to off-load two of them at the present time!!!!
ReplyDeleteSo very, very pretty!!!
ReplyDeleteHere is a link to my MACRO MONDAY Do hope you can stop by for a visit!

ReplyDeleteI do enjoy curiosities such as this hydrangea! Two colours? That's intriguing!
ReplyDeleteHow lovely! I love all the little blossoms. And I think the blue/violet array are my favorite shades. :)
ReplyDeletebeautiful Margaret! I love how you've captured this hydrangea. They aren't easy to photograph so nicely & you've captured it well.
