THE SUN CAN EXPOSE GHOSTLY APPEARANCES AS BUILDERS SEEK TO WRAP THEIR
RECONSTRUCTIONS....
PHOTOS, SOUND-BITES WITH INFORMED BACK-UP. SCROLL DOWN FOR MY PROFILE...I don't make a photograph just with a camera. I bring to the act of photography all the pictures I have seen, all the books I have read, all the music I have heard, and all the people I have known.
The modern update requires a wrap to prevent pedestrians below from construction debris falling on them. The shadow showcases another classic building in the neighborhood - we hope the safety disguise on this building isn't hiding something...modernity in everything else is fine, we hope no changes to a classic old building will occur...
ReplyDeleteWhat an interesting shadow shot! I hope the wrap does what it's supposed to in preventing debris falling on pedestrians! Terrific capture, Margaret! Hope your weekend is going well!

What an unusual effect! Almost like an X-ray of the bare bones of the building! I'm also reminded of the old shadow-plays that were put-on in country houses in the past.
ReplyDeleteFantastic capture. Well done.

ReplyDeleteIn different hands this would be presented as an artistic exhibit. The building looks as though it's been wrapped for protection from mosquitoes - the shadows are wonderful.

ReplyDeleteNow this is a very interesting Shadow Shot! I like to imagine what that shadow reflects. I've never seen a building that large gift wrapped in such a way!!
ReplyDeleteVery interesting!! Neat Fine!
ReplyDeleteIt does have a ghostly appearance. The wrap is almost like a cinema screen, as the light changes each day I would imagine there are some very interesting shadows.
