MACRO MONDAY: WHEN IS A 'SUNFLOWER' NOT A SUNFLOWER?

An orange 'sunflower' look-alike is a mimic of the classic yellow sunflower;  it is related, but is not of the Russia sunflower variety.  They grow 6' tall on several stems and have small heads. It has small seeds that will not produce a sunflower.  The centers are dark or yellow, surrounded by orange petals - in the one seen here in Union Square Park, NYC,  the petals appear to have turned orange from yellow.
